1. Eligibility for Returns

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original accessories and documentation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
Items without original packaging or missing parts/manuals.
Products that have been installed or used (unless found defective).
Customized or special-order products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
